This program is designed to help students navigate life’s challenges by sharing my personal experiences of overcoming adversity. The key themes of this workshop include resilience, mental health, self-worth, and the importance of seeking help.
Audience: High school students (Year 10-12), youth groups, and organisations.
Duration: 60 minutes (Including Q&A)
Objective: To empower students to embrace their own stories and to advocate for mental health.
